We are starting our 17th Challenge over at the Get Hippity with {ippity} Challenge Blog. This one will be easy peasy! We want to see “anything with wings” and you can interpret that however you want. You can create cards, something altered, scrapbooking pages, alternative art, anything you want, etc., but we must be able to see wings somewhere on your project.
Here is my latest creation using one of {ippity}’s new releases “Dream a Little Dream.” This image, as were all the images for {ippity}’s March release, was designed by Tracey Malnofski, Artista for Unity. This stamp is a good size to work with. So you can get some idea how big the main image is, my card is 5¾” square. My “Things with Wings” is the beautiful butterfly from a die designed by Cheery Lynn Designs, Small Lace Faerie Queen. This is the first time I used it and it is beautiful!
Other supplies that I used:
•Coloring: Copics, Spicas;
•Perfect Pearls Mist in Perfect Pearl;
•Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black and Frayed Burlap DI;
•DP: Desert Blooms collection from First Edition;
•CS: Kraft, Mellow Moss, Rose Red, and Soft Suede from SU;
•Embellishments: my stash.
Did you know…we have a group, Get Hippity with {ippity}/Join the Unity Community, at The Crafter’s Café? We have a monthly card game and the prize is a six (6) piece grab bag of {ippity} and/or Unity goodness.
Did you know…we have a brand new group, Get Hippity with {ippity}, on Facebook? Come join us and share your love of {ippity} and Unity!
Did you know…that you can order {ippity} and Unity at the same time? You can pick me, Aletha J. Williams (I’m in the bottom row), as your {ippity} Chick, order some {ippity} and then some Unity. I would appreciate it tremendously! You can also visit my {ippity} sales blog to view the latest releases, or purchase {ippity} sets that I do have in stock.
I hope you join us for GHWI’s Challenge #17, Things with Wings. If you have any questions, please contact me. Thanks for stopping by!
