I hope everyone in the United States had a fantastic Thanksgiving! Our household had a marvelous time. We enjoyed way too much food, a lot of laughter, and a lot of new memories made. I would not trade this time with my family for anything. These times are very precious to me, as I am sure your time with your families is just as precious.
We, the Delicious Doodles Design Team, have Challenge #12 ready for you. Our theme this week is “Something that Flies.” We want to see anything that you want to create, but we must see anything that flies. Using a Delicious Doodles image is not required to enter our challenges, but if you do, your project will receive two entries. All the instructions and rules are listed at the Delicious Doodles Challenge blog. Your deadline for entry is November 29, at 6 p.m. GMT (UK Time).
My little project uses Mushroom Fairy, one of my favorite images of Teri’s. I love all of Teri’s images, but all of her fantasy images are very dear to my heart. I am a fantasy nut!
Mushroom fairy was colored with Copics, and accented with
some Spica Pens. My designer paper is Vintage Shabby from Tim Holtz’s Ideology
collection.
The other embellishments are Spellbinder’s dies Standard Circles, Lacey Circles, and Fantastic Flourish 2. The flourish behind the standard circle is Memory Box Amira Flourish.
I hope you join us for Delicious Doodles Challenge #12, “Something
that Flies.” After you post your entry come join us on our Delicious Doodles
Facebook group. We would love for you to share your little piece of art.
