Challenge No. 5 at the House of Gilli

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. I did and it was very creative.

I, Aletha (some people call me AJ), am the hostess for the House of Gill’s FIFTH challenge. I challenge you to use STRIPES AND BLING! This should be an easy one.

Speaking for the Design Team at the House of Gilli, we thrilled to have such a great response to our new blog. I just wanted to say how much we appreciate all of the entries. This has been, and will continue being, so much fun!

I have had my Basic Grey designer paper picked out for over a month. When it caught my eye I knew it was for Boho Gilli. It screamed “Flower Power” or maybe “Girl Power.” Anyway, I thought, “You go girl!” I love bright colors!

This is a list of supplies that I used:

CS: SU’s Only orange and Bashful Blue

DP: Basic Grey’s Lime Rickey

Copics: yr01, 02; e000, 07, 11, 13, 34, 50, 59; r20; b21, 26; w2, 4

Inks/Pens: Memento Tuxedo Black; Spicas in Chocolate, Gold; Gelly Roll Clear Star

Crystals: Olive (I think I got these from Paper Wishes)

Ribbon: Felt ribbon from Michaels (the bargain bin!)

Spellbinders Dies: Crown Ovals
